The quality of life

Last week I sent out a question using google forms. You may have been seen it:)

What's one thing that improves the quality of your life

4 children playing in a green woodland. Their football has flown high in the sky and they are jumping towards it arms in the air. They are wearing reds, greens and blues. There is lots of energy in the photograph.

This question came off the back of conversations I’d had, the week before, where people had really made me think about the word quality in life.

Quality… that shift in our being - when your body feels lighter, your mind gets quieter, and somehow you have energy for things that normally exhaust you.

We talked about special occasions and making quality times happen but also when it pops up in ordinary ways, or when there are things others do that make a difference. Quality… that feeling when life feels more spacious, more connected, and you notice it feels different.

So much of what we do with SHOOP® is to find the lightness and I was intrigued what do people say in answer to - What's one thing that improves the quality of your life?

There are 45 responses below that could lead to so many more conversations. Thank you for sharing.

Having friends and family that I can spend time with and talk to

I did put a serious answer for this, yesterday, but waking up this morning it actually feels like Sheffield United taking 3 points at Hillsborough today might be the real truth.
